Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to your appointment. - Cancellations made with less than 2 days' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service fee. (And/or loss of deposit) - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 100% of the total service fee. (And/or loss of deposit) - You may reschedule your appointment without penalty, provided you give at least 2 days' notice. - For rescheduled appointments, these are at the discretion of Leanna’s schedule. We will do our best to accommodate. - You can reschedule your appointment by using the WIX booking system or by getting in touch with us at: Leannacoddmua@gmail.com. - If you need to cancel your appointment, a full refund will be given provided it is within a 8 week period. - All services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the service, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns during the appointment. However, once the session is completed and the client has left, refunds will not be issued.
